How can I earn my S.O.S dollars?

1. Register as an exclusive member of S.o.S.
2. Transact with any of our exclusive S.o.S vendors for the service of interest selected.
3. Our Vendors will be contacting you for the services you’ve selected.
4. Online product purchases will be transacted through S.o.S platform.
5. All Sales transaction will be completed between the Vendor and you.
6. S.o.S dollars will be credited to your account within 1 working day after the verification of your transaction through S.o.S platform.

How will S.o.S dollar be added/deducted from my account?

All S.o.S dollars will be automatically credited or debited into your account upon verification of a completed transaction.

Do I have to indicate how much S.o.S dollars to use during the purchase?

No. System will automatically lock all your S.o.S dollars once you indicate that you wish to use it for the intended purchase. System will then based on your available S.o.S dollars to deduct and any surplus S.o.S dollars will be return to your account.

Can I transfer my S.o.S dollars to another user account?

No. All S.o.S dollars are exclusively allocated to individual member, therefore, no transfer is allowed.

Can I use my S.o.S dollars for more than one purchase at the same time?

No. Your S.o.S dollars will be lock when you indicate that you wish to use it for the intended purchase. Upon the verification of the completed transaction the balance S.o.S dollars will be credited back to your account and you can continue your purchases with the S.o.S dollars therafter.

Will I get my S.o.S dollars back if I indicate that I wish to use my S.o.S dollars but no transaction takes place at end of the day?

Yes, all S.o.S dollars will be refunded back to your account
